Futura: Covid-19 update

With the Coronavirus emergency creating much uncertainty and fear from a social, economic and financial point of view, a strong sense of responsibility is more important than ever.
This is why Futura is committed to constantly monitoring the global situation and taking all necessary precautions to safeguard the health of employees, suppliers, customers and partners, because safety is and will always remain our top priority.
As far as production is concerned, we are following all Government and healthcare protocols to keep our employees safe.
As a manufacturer of technology for the production of hygienic products, according Italian Prime Ministerial Decree of March 22nd, we are considered to be part of a strategic industrial activity for the Nation.
At present, and with the necessary precautions in place, we are able to continue with production as normal.
We will, as always, maintain full transparency and keep customers informed of any changes in this situation.
To better support our customers and ensure effective communication, Futura has doubled the availability of the H24 service, guaranteeing all necessary technical support and assistance with its team of experts who remain at your disposal, including for the supply of spare parts.
Deliveries are dependent on a number of factors, not all of which are 100 per cent under our control.
There are ongoing and evolving restrictions enacted by organizations and governments, plus reductions and cancellations of flights and sea freight. We are working continuously with our suppliers and partners in order to minimize the consequences of these limitations.
We are part of the tissue supply chain, working to deliver hygienic and safe products for people’s everyday use. Their availability is expected, considered normal. To be able to guarantee continued supply to the end user today, we can all benefit from as much of a sense of normality as is possible.
